You have accessed the site which provides information on the Kazakhstan business legal and regulatory framework.  The core document of the site is Doing Business in Kazakhstan, an annual brochure published since 2006.  You can view all 17 issues at the site.

Over the years we have distributed hundreds of thousands of hardcopy versions of the Doing Business brochure free of charge.  On the Internet, our brochure has gone viral on many different sites. 

Our site and brochure are aimed at the development and improvement of entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan.  We know that every successful business is backed by passionate individuals who strive to promote not only their own business but the entire country and nation.  Our mission is to support business environment.

One brochure, of course, cannot cover all issues faced by the business community, but we have attempted to cover all key legal and regulatory aspects of doing business in Kazakhstan.

Here you will find information on how to properly, from a legal perspective, set up, maintain and develop a business in Kazakhstan, as well as the fundamental principles of labour/employment, corporate, tax, civil, customs, antitrust, criminal and other areas of law.
